Before founding EngineJet, Nathan Haugen held senior engineering and operational roles at leading MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul organizations) and worked with major international carriers. Recognizing the growing need for a company that could seamlessly integrate engineering expertise with high-quality fuel delivery, he launched EngineJet with a mission to bridge that gap.
Under his leadership, EngineJet has grown into a trusted name in aviation—serving commercial airlines, private operators, and government fleets around the world. Nathan Haugen is a certified FAA-licensed engineer, IATA safety auditor, and is known for his commitment to continuous improvement and client-focused innovation.
